Homes carry so much meaning and hold so many memories. My goal is to help you honor those special moments with a one-of-a-kind custom watercolor house portrait. Each custom watercolor house portrait is hand-painted by me. I will communicate with you through each step to ensure your painting is exactly what you are looking for. House portraits make a perfect housewarming gift, closing gift, birthday gift, anniversary gift, Mother’s Day gift, Father’s Day gift, or Christmas present that will last for years to come.
I’ve made the process of ordering your custom watercolor house portrait as easy as possible:
- Pick your preferred size
- Attach any and all helpful pictures of the home
- Fill out the Home Address and Additional Information boxes
- Select your quantity and add the portrait to your cart and check out
I will email you with any questions and suggestions I may have about the photos and the composition of the portrait. I will then email you a picture of my drawing for approval when it is completed. Once you approve your drawing, I will begin painting. When your portrait is completed, I will email you a photo of the finished piece and ship it within a few days.

I take great pride in creating each custom watercolor house portrait and making sure it’s exactly what you want. Please see below for details:
- Hand illustrated and painted on high-quality 140lb cold-pressed watercolor paper
- Available in multiple sizes
- Finished with loose pen outlines and highlights
- Shipped in a resealable cellophane envelope inside of rigid photo mailer to prevent damage
- Paintings do NOT come framed
- My current turnaround time is 1-4 weeks from the date of order to delivery. If you would like your painting expedited by 1-2 weeks, please purchase a rush order add-on as well
- The colors of the finished painting will be as close to the photos provided as possible but may vary due to the nature of watercolor and monitor settings

- Please note if no pictures are provided, I will use Google Images and I am not responsible for any variations between Google Images and the property itself
- Please also note if my drawing is not approved within 5 days of the picture being sent, I will begin painting without formal approval
